Why did I build a Goodyear-only buyer site?

Because a generic listing portal can show you everything for sale without explaining why Estrella, PebbleCreek, Canyon Trails and Palm Valley belong in different conversations. BuyInGoodyear.com is meant to give you the context first, then make the property search more efficient.

How I work with buyers

I’m Paul Schaefer, a REALTOR® with The Sears Group at West USA Realty. I work across Arizona’s West Valley with buyers and sellers, including resale homes and new construction. My goal is to make the first conversation useful: budget, timing, financing, property type, location and what you want your day-to-day life to look like.
